An example project in BeBrief.

An incomplete brief can bring creative work to a halt.

A request arrives by email, the sizes are in a spreadsheet and the references are in another folder. Before work can begin, your team has to bring everything together and find out what’s missing.

When a detail is missing or two documents disagree, someone has to find the right person and wait for an answer. Conversations become scattered while the project moves on.

In BeBrief, your client brings their request and files together. An assistant helps them clarify what they need before your team takes over.

From the first message to the final files, each step stays with the project.

The right questions, while the brief is taking shape.

Your client describes their project in a conversation and adds documents and links. The AI assistant uses that material to propose a brief and a list of deliverables in your agency’s format.

Before the brief reaches your team, it flags missing information and contradictions and asks the client directly. Copy for the creative work, products and decisions still come from the client.

If two documents specify different sizes, the client chooses. The assistant proposes changes for a person to review and apply. The original documents remain available in the project.

Once the brief is submitted, your team can follow each deliverable from design to delivery.

  1. Briefed

See the deliverables on a canvas.

Each deliverable brings its specifications together: size, language, copy or filename, depending on the project. On the canvas, a wireframe shows its proportions until your team adds a design.

Drop several files at once and BeBrief matches them to deliverables by name and size. For recurring requests, a saved list keeps the formats and details you already know.

  2. With the client

Keep feedback and approvals with each design.

Your client comments directly on the artwork, requests changes or approves designs individually or together. You can also invite someone without an account to review by email.

Your team chooses when to share designs and has a separate internal thread for discussions between colleagues.

  3. Delivered

Deliver approved files from the project.

Send approved files to your Dropbox, organised by client, project and deliverable type. Your client can find the folder link in their project.

You can also add another delivery link manually.

Frequently asked questions

How do my clients use BeBrief?
You invite them by email. They sign in with a link, without a password, then describe their request in a conversation and add their files. Someone invited only to review a design can access it through a link without an account. On the Studio plan and above, your workspace can use your agency’s name, logo and domain.
Can the assistant invent information in a brief?
BeBrief is designed to leave copy, products and decisions to the client. Missing information remains a question, and contradictions are flagged to the client. The assistant can still misinterpret a document: its changes are proposals for a person to review before applying. The original files remain available.
What happens if a question goes unanswered?
The client can submit the brief with questions still open. Your team can see that it was sent with points left to clarify.
Can I keep using Figma and my project management tool?
Yes. BeBrief can read a Figma board shared by link as source material for a brief and import designs from Figma. It also has its own project boards. It does not handle timesheets or invoicing.
What can I do with an assistant connected to BeBrief?
Through MCP, you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or a code editor to view and update projects, work on briefs and deliverables, follow feedback and share designs. The assistant acts with the permissions of the person who connected it. Your clients can connect theirs too if you allow it; design approval stays in BeBrief.
Where is my client’s material hosted?
Files and data are hosted in Germany. Each agency’s data is isolated in the database. Relevant text and images may be sent to our AI providers to prepare a brief. See the sub-processors.
How do you protect my clients’ identities?
Hive Horizon, the publisher of BeBrief, also runs a creative studio. Its console shows agencies’ clients as “Client”, without names, email addresses or domains. Their identities appear only during support access authorised by the agency. The terms prohibit Hive Horizon from using information obtained through BeBrief for its own purposes, including approaching clients, during the contract and for five years afterwards. Read the undertaking.
Who is behind BeBrief?
BeBrief is published by Hive Horizon. It was born in a working creative studio led by an art director with twenty years of experience. We built it around the difficulties we found in our own production projects.
